We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order of any Avenia product. If you're not happy with your results, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@shopavenia.com and we'll refund the purchase price of your first bottle (shipping non-refundable).
How to request a refund
- Email support@shopavenia.com with your order number.
- Our team will confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds process back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Not eligible
- Bundle orders where more than one bottle has been opened
- Requests made outside the 30-day window
- Repeat orders after the first
