Shipping Policy

All Avenia orders ship free within the United States via tracked USPS or UPS. International shipping is available at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Priority Processing (add-on at checkout) moves your order to the front of the queue and ships within 24 hours.

Delivery windows

• United States: 3-7 business days after shipment
• Canada: 7-14 business days
• International: 10-21 business days

You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, email support@shopavenia.com and we'll trace it for you.
