Subscription Policy

When you choose a subscription, you agree to receive your AVENIA order automatically at the delivery frequency shown on the product page and at checkout, until you cancel.

Billing

Your first order is charged when you check out. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file on your renewal date, at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

Changing or cancelling

You can change your delivery date, update your payment method or cancel at any time before your next renewal date by logging in to your account, or by emailing support@shopavenia.com. Cancelling stops all future renewals. Orders that have already been charged or shipped are not affected by a cancellation.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will email you before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can change or cancel first.

Refunds

Renewal orders are not covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which applies to your first order only. See our Refund Policy for details.
